Project Planning

The planning phase of your Time Matters project often determines its success or failure,  During this phase you will need to determine which features of Time Matters you will be using, review data that needs to be converted, decide on customizations, and choose your TM "champions" - users who will work closely with us and be eventually be trained as program administrators.

Customization

Time Matters is probably the most customizable case management system offered today and tailor the product to your specific needs.  We can help you determine which customizations are necessary and, because we have helped so many firms with Time Matters, show you samples of how others have customized the program.  Finally, we can make the needed changes.

Installation

KPM will install your software according to specifications and based on our years of experience.  We will prepare your SQL Server for Time Matters Enterprise, install Time Matters to your workstations, properly configure all third-party links, perform the necessary anti-virus exclusions, setup PDAs for sync, and anything else necessary to make your Time Matters installation a success.

Data Conversion

If you are installing case management for the first time, or converting from another application, you will have critical data that must be migrated to the new system.  We have converted data from many different sources into Time Matters including almost every other case management system.  We can also combine your data from multiple sources such as Outlook and a billing application.  We specialize in some of the most difficult conversions like TABS 3 and Worldox.
