Project Management and Planning

LNTPA is unique among LexisNexis products in that it includes ten hours of consulting and training time directly from LexisNexis.  Ten hours is probably not enough time for you to get up and running proficiently with the product?  So, how do you use that time?

We manage your LNTPA project so that you can maximize the ten hours that are included.  We will coordinate an installation and training schedule with LexisNexis built around our Customization, Data Conversion and Advanced Training services.

Customization

Because it is built on Time Matters, LNTPA is just as customizable.  We can help you determine which customizations are necessary and, because we have helped so many firms with Time Matters, show you samples of how others have customized the program.  Finally, we can make the needed changes.

Most Time Matters feature packages work equally well with LNTPA. We can show you some of the best feature packages on the market.  Jeff Krause is the co-designer of GenFP, the General Practice Feature Package, and SSFP, a comphrensive social security disability feature package.  Our relationships with other consultants also gives us access to feature packages in many other areas of practice, including Estate Planning, File Management and more.

Data Conversion

If you are installing case management for the first time, or converting from another application, you will have critical data that must be migrated to the new system.  We have converted data from many different sources into Time Matters, including almost every other case management system.  We can also combine your data from multiple sources such as Outlook and a billing application.  We specialize in some of the most difficult conversions like TABS 3 and Worldox.

Training
