Krause Practice Management Mission Statement

Krause Practice Management (KPM) provides technology solutions to law firms and other professional service organizations. Krause Practice Management does not “sell” hardware, software or services. We provide these items where appropriate to solve a specific problem or satisfy a particular need Krause Practice Management has identified within a client’s organization.

Our Vision Statement and tagline, “Efficiency Solutions for Law Firms” reflects our commitment to provide the best possible solutions to our client’s technology needs. Our clients receive solutions and service that are second to none. It also means that a KPM client can expect to receive these world class solutions and service regardless of its size or location. Our business is global and our clients, using our solutions, are global.

KPM understands our client’s needs and understands how to solve their problems. In order to do so, we use a system that a) identifies and follows trends in the legal technology market, b) researches and learns everything we can about the technology solutions that are part of those trends, and c) gets to know our clients business. We suggest or provide solutions to our clients only after we have identified that the client requires a solution. We continue to provide that solution until it is no longer the appropriate solution. When the solution is no longer appropriate, we reassess the client’s situation and suggest a better one, based on our knowledge and expertise.

KPM personnel understand that our system for understanding our client’s needs is central to the way we do business. KPM personnel know that their job is not just about using their technical ability to perform a task. Their job is to understand the client’s needs and fulfill that need. KPM personnel are always listening to the client and observing the client’s business in order to proactively suggest solutions.
